How To Use Tightening Gel

. Remove the protective cap of applicator, and gently insert the pre-filled applicator into the vagina only as far as it will comfortable go.

. Using your finger or the sterile cap push gel slowly into the vagina.

. Take out applicator from vagina.

. Wash hands and discard the applicator.

. Keep hips raised fir about 5-10 minutes, Once daily, 1 piece each time, before bed, for maximum results.

. Use tightening gel for 15 days in a row to get a firm and lasting tightening results

. To always keep your vagina tight apply gel do the treatment every 6 months.
