Breakfast is ready - Bon Appétit
Ingredients:
1 medium banana
1/2 cup of mixed berries
1 cup coconut of milk or any plant based milk of your choice.
Optional: Any protein powder of your choice.
Preparation:
Add all ingredients together to blender and mix on low, until smooth and thick.
You can add water if it is too thick and you'd like to make it more runny.
I love mine thick........yummy👌
