HOW TO PREPARE AJU MBAISE HERBAL TEA AND SOUP.

1. AS HERBAL TEA

. A packet of Aju Mbaise powder is one wrap with stems/ barks/ roots grinded into powdery form, though it might look small but it still contains everything in the wrap. 

Put 1 tablespoonful of the aju powder in a bowl, add about 500ml of water cover and boil for 10-15 minutes, sieve it, pour in a tea cup, and drink. (Optional) You can add lemon or lime.

Drink it hot in the morning on an empty stomach an hour before breakfast, and in the evening.

Pour the remaining one in a tightly closed container and put in the refrigerator, warm it up before using.

 

2. AS HERBAL REMEDY 

A packet of Aju Mbaise powder with spices and prekese is one wrap with stems/ barks/ roots, Negro pepper (Uda), Guinea Pepper /Bush pepper (Uziza) Tetrapleura tetraplera (Prekese) Ginger, Garlic, Tumeric & Clove grinded into powdery form, though it might look small but it still contains all this things.

Put 2 tablespoonful of the aju powder in a pot add about 1Litre of water cover and boil for 15 -20 minutes, sieve it, pour in a tea cup, and drink. (Optional) You can add Lemon or Lime

3. AS AFTER BIRTH CARE REMEDY 

A packet of Aju Mbaise powder with spices and prekese is one wrap with stems/ barks/ roots, Negro pepper (Uda), Guinea pepper/Bush pepper (Uziza) Tetrapleura tetraplera (Prekese) Ehuru, Clove grinded into powdery form, though it might look small but it still contains all this things.

Put 2 tablespoonful of the aju powder in a pot, add about 1LITRE of boiled for 15 - 20 minutes, sieve it,  pour the liquid in a clean pot add salt to taste, crayfish, dry fish, Stock fish, even meat (it all depends on what you want)

You can also add little bit of any green leaf mint, kale etc (optional)

You can add diced yam or potatoes if you want (optional)

Or eat the soup with cassava fufu, plantain fufu, yam fufu, Eba etc
